These are Kodak’s logo’s over the years –

Kodak is the first company to integrate its name and look into a symbol

Focused moved to the Kodak name and the red and yellow ‘trade dress’ colour

The corner curl was introduced into the logo

The marque kept the traditional red and yellow colours and the Kodak name, but a box and graphic ‘K’ element were introduced

A more contemporary typeface streamlined the Kodak name within the current logo style

The box is gone and the logo is more simplified, the rounded typeface and distinctive ‘a’ give the name a more contemporary appearance. The style of this logo is said to offer a ‘more international and universal impact…and to distance the company from its film and processing past’
